How to be a muslim without praising the Prophet?

Posted on Feb 21, 2010 07:38:34 PM

There are some brainwashed people in this world who think they can be Muslims without ever praising the Prophet. I just realized that this is an impossible mission. Let me narrate the story behind this realization:

Very recently I met a writer and a poet and asked him to write some verses of praise for Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho ALayhe Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam that can be used in my upcoming film for Rabbi ul Awwal. He shocked me. “I have nothing to offer” he said. “I cannot write such verses”

“Why?” I asked.

His Nation will go to Eid, remembering his sacrifices and teachings.

Posted on Sep 20, 2009 10:03:08 AM

May the Nation (Ummah) of RasoolAllah Sallallaho Alayhe wa Alehi Wa Sallam have a joyous Eid.

Allah sends Durood on the Prophet in the Quran:
I do bless him and so do my Angels. O believers, you too ask me to bless him and you salute him with complete submission.

Allahumma Salle Ala Muhammad Wa Aale Muhammad.

Your Nation testifies on this day of Eid and every other day that you are alive.

O Ummah of the Prophet, cling to the teachings of the noblest one. Remember the poor, the sick, the old, the orphans and the unfortunate in our Eid. Never forget the sacrifices and pain that the Prophet Sallallaho Alayhe Wa Aalehi Wa Sallam endured so that we may be happy and free.

Allahumma Salle Ala Muhammad Wa Aale Muhammad.

Allah’s love for his beloved – Naat e Rasool Sallallaho Aleihe Wa Alehi Wa Sallam in the Quran.

The blessed one.
Allah says in the Quran (33:56) I do bless him, so do my angels and O believers you too ask me to bless him…

Islam comes from the word ‘Tasleem’ or Submission. Allah says Tasleem (Submission) is for the Prophet…

Never indeed, by your Lord; they are not believers until they come to you [O Muhammad] to judge in their disputes, then find no hesitation in their hearts whatsoever in accepting your judgment and submit a total submission (Tasleema) (Quran 4:65)

… (O believers) Send salutations on him (The Prophet) with complete submission (Tasleema) (Quran 33:56)

Now we know that Islam is submission to the Prophet of Allah (May Allah’s blessings be upon him and his household)

Firstly, an update for all friends and well wishers who are wondering why my posts are not as frequent as they should be in the month of Ramadan. Ramadan and pre-Ramadan was quite busy for me since I was working on two films for my dear friend Mukhtar ul Mustafa.

One film was titled ‘The Days of Darkness’ which portrayed the era before Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). This story was told through the eyes of a mother whose daughter is taken for being buried alive. The short film highlights Read the rest of this entry »

Even good deeds will become worthless, while you remain unaware – Allah warns in the Quran.

Here is the video of the naat I promised to post on this site.

Below is the video that I recently did for a naat. While I was casting for this video I met an actor who shocked me because of his attitude, even though this mindset was not new to me and I had already made a film on this mindset.

Anyways here is the naat that i recorded after replacing that actor. The video is titled ‘Prayer of a dead father’ or ‘Marhoom baap ki dua’. Please leave your comments that can be encouraging/helpful in future productions.
